The joiner's fee is one-time fee
paid whenever a membership is started. If a membership is cancelled or lapses for more
than 30 days, another joiner's fee will be required to re-start the membership. |

additional adult in your household that would like a membership? Add them for just $17 a

Adults 65 and over are eligible for

| YMCA
Locker Room Options: |

| Men's
Full Service includes a men's private locker room with TV and lounge,
assigned locker, and laundry service. Available for an additional fee of $24 a month. |

| Adult
Women's Locker Room has private lockers available for $7 a month, lockable
baskets for $4 a month, and towel service for $4 a month. Lockers and baskets are subject
to availability. |

via automatic monthly bankdrafts, or by paying the full annual fee using cash, check, or
credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). |

| Three month memberships
are also available, as well as short-term memberships for transients and college students.

| Membership
Cancellations: if you are on automatic bankdraft, cancellations must be made by the first
of the month in order to be effective for that month. For all cancellations, you must turn
in your membership card to the YMCA. |

reserves the right to take photos of its participants for brochures, publications, and
marketing purposes. Please let us know in writing if you do not wish to be photographed. |
