Now you can register for Y classes and programs anytime and anywhere you have Internet access!
All transactions are conducted over a secure connection, so your personal information is safe. Please read the instructions below and the FAQ before proceeding.

Instructions for Benton Harbor-St. Joseph YMCA Members
To access the online registration system, you'll first need to receive your initial login and password. On the online registration page, find the "Members" box and click "Retrieve Login".

You'll be taken to the Login and Password Retrieval page...this is what the page will look like:


Enter your e-mail address and click "submit". Your login and password will be e-mailed to you (be sure to check your spam folders if nothing appears in your in-box). If your e-mail address is not on file at the YMCA, you will receive an error message. If this happens, give us a call at 269-428-YMCA. Within two business days you'll be able to retrieve your initial login and password.

When you receive your login and password, use the "Members" box to access your account. Options are available on your account page to change your login and password to whatever you like.

Instructions for Non-YMCA Members
To register for programs and classes, find the "Not a Member?" box (see sample below). Once on the page, click on the blue "Create Visitor Account" button and follow the prompts. Once you've registered and have your login and password, use the "Members" box to access your account.

Browse Classes and Programs without Logging-In
Want to browse current classes and check availability? You don't need to login or have an account: on the online registration page, find the "Not a Member?" box (see above) and click "Browse Classes".


Online Registration Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Register for Classes or Programs
• Login to your account on the registration page.
• Under “Transactions”, click on “Register for Classes”.
• Click the checkbox asking for the desired branch (Benton Harbor-St Joseph YMCA).
• Click on the department of the class you want to register for. For example, if you want a fitness class, click on “Fitness”.  All the Fitness classes will be listed.
• Click on the class that you want. The class details will then show.
• Click on the class in which you are interested in registering for, then click “Add to Cart” which is located above the class selections. A pop-up box will appear saying that a class has been added to your cart.
• Click on “View Cart”. You must select a participant. To select a participant, click on the square with the plus sign in it. All family members will drop down to be selected.
• Click on the box next to the participant’s name and click “Check Out”. The Check Out page will then show the class fee. If you click the "+" next to the participant's name, you'll see additional class and participant details, including the availability of any online credits.
• When you're ready to proceed, click “Submit”.
• Follow the prompts for payment.
• Please print your receipt for your records.


Register for Classes or Programs Using an Online Credit
• Follow the class registration process (see "Register for Classes or Programs" above). When you click "Check Out", the Check Out page will show with the class total with a small green box that says “credit” next to the selected participant’s name. Click on the box to know how much credit you have to use.
• To apply the online credit, click on the box with the plus sign next to the participant’s name.
• A drop-down box will appear.  Click on “Use Online Credit” in the lower left-hand side.
• Enter credit amount and click “Save”. The credit amount will automatically be deducted from the total.
• When you're ready to proceed, click “Submit”.
• If there is still a balance due for the class after the credit is applied, then you may complete your payment on this screen. Please follow the credit card prompts.
• Please print your receipt for your records.


Want to Check the Classes or Programs You've Signed-Up For?
• Login to your account on the registration page.
• Click on ‘View Transaction History’ – you can then view all the classes you are registered for.


Check Class Availability – No Login Necessary
• Go to the registration page and click on ‘Browse Classes’
• Click the checkbox asking for the desired branch (Benton Harbor-St Joseph YMCA).
• Click on icon for the department of the class for which you are looking.
• Click on the specific class or program you are interested in.
• Look to the far right; class availability is shown under the column vacancy.


Change Your Login and Password
• Login to your account on the registration page.
• Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Edit login and password” under “Account settings”.
• Click on the box next to “Change login”.
• Enter new login and then confirm it.
• Enter new password and then confirm it.
• Click “submit”.
